Places To Lounge

One of the things I really love about the new house is there are so many places to lounge. Mom put my favorite blue blankie on the couch so I can curl up and watch TV with her. I also like to investigate the wine bar and watch my kingdom from the perch on the back of the love seat. The basement windows are really cool too... they have nice wide ledges so I can sit in them and peek through the mini-blinds.

Duh Mom!!!

The new house has a pass through window between the kitchen and the dining room. I know it's a pass through because I heard MOM calling it that. I was up there the other day just passin through and she made me get down. What is up with that???

My Cousin Is Coming!!!

Mom told me tonight that Cousin Donald is coming to visit for three whole days!!! I'm so excited. My cousin is so cool!!! He e-mails me occasionally. Last weekend when they locked me in the downstairs bathroom while the movers were here he came in and played with me for a while. He's such a great guy!

We're Here!!!

Finally, we're in the new house. Actually when I came over a week ago I did not like it at all. Too many noises... a bunch of empty rooms. I hid in my carrier and hyperventilated. Kind of freaked Mom out a bit. However, yesterday they moved in furniture. My favorite blanky is here and it's pretty neat. I will admit I hid in my condo most of the day with Mom periodically dragging me out to have me look at something. But then night came, Mom and Dad were both in bed so I knew where to find them and I went exploring. Lots and lots of space! A lot of cool places to hide out. Neat windows to look out. I continuued exploring today... and helping Dad. Mom said she always knew where Dad was because she could hear my bell. I'm a big helper!

Packing!!!

Mom and Dad said it is time to start packing to move! They are busy putting together boxes and filling them. I decided I would just hire packers to do my part... anyone have the number for Brett Favre??? I'll bet Great Uncle Ward has it... he's an assistant coach for the Green Bay Packers so maybe I'll call him. Hmmm... Green Bay Packers, I hope they work in Kansas City too.

Mom's been too busy...

to scrapbook lately so I thought I'd help her out. I dug around in her scrapbooking tote and found some really cool stuff. Unfortunately, adhesive and fur just don't mix! Therefore, I've resorted to digital scrapbooking. Check out this layout I did of myself. Am I handsome or what!

Our House!

Here it is... our new house. Mom and Dad say we should be moving in three weeks. They've started packing so I'm doing the same. I've been gathering all my toys together... don't want to forget any of them.

On a sad note, my Sharper Image shopping bag turned on me the other night and had to be put down. I'll miss it but Mom has assured me that there will be more shopping in the near future and plenty of bags!
